what is 4-43?

this blog was started to show our friends the pics we have taken during our fabulous trip to siem reap in cambodia and bangkok in thailand, especially cambodia which is not a very popular tourist destination.

i've always wanted to go there to visit angkor wat though, ever since i watched this travel prog on channel u in 00 or 01, which featured david gan going there. the temples of angkor are just a distance away from siem reap, so siem reap is something like a service town.

anyway, this is our first overseas trip together and also baoling's first long(er) distance trip. back to the question, 4 and 43 are the room numbers for the guesthouses that we stayed in for siem reap and bangkok respectively, so i tot that's a rather suitable name for this blog.
